    Himalayan Salt,  Dead Sea Salt or Epsom Salt. Which one is the best for you? Each salt has it’s own qualities.

    Himalayan Salt rich in minerals, will help bring you back into “sync”. Himalayan Salt is one of the purest salts, use as a bath salt to detox and revitalise. This salt contains 84 of the 92 mineral and trace elements (in balance similar to us) we need to function, just lay back, and allow the salt water immerse you. For a salt bath we recommend the fine grade as it dissolves easier in the water. Full instructions for a Himalayan Salt Bath are included with the salt.

    Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulphate) will relax and aid repair of tired and aching  muscles and joints. After strenuous exercise, hard work or standing all day – you will definitely feel the benefit of an Epson Salt Bath.

    Dead Sea Salt contains minerals known for their qualities to improve your skin, it has been used throughout history as a source of pampering and improving the skin, it is used to help relieve the discomfort of many skin complaints including eczema and psoriasis.

     

  • How to use

    Epsom Salt Bath – Place a good handful or 2 into the bath under running water, agitate to dissolve the salt

    Dead Sea Salt  Bath- Place a good handful or 2 into the bath under running water, agitate to dissolve the salt

    Himalayan Pink Salt Bath – for a detoxifying bath use approximately 300 grams of salt per regular size bath. Dissolve the salt in water at 37c. Soak for up to 30 minutes, take a bottle of spring water to drink. After bathing pat dry with a warm towel and rest for 30 minutes. For a general wellbeing bath use 100-200 grams per regular size bath.
