Eucalyptus essential oil (Eucalyptus globulus) has a medicinal earthy aroma it has been used to aid Arthritis, bronchitis, catarhh, cold sores, colds, coughing, fever, flu, poor circulation,
sinusitis and is commonly found in cold and flu remedies.

DO NOT USE essential directly onto the skin Always use diluted to 1% is recommended for use on the skin.
To help clear stuffiness from colds and flu – prepare a steam inhalation by putting a couple of drops of eucalyptus oil into a bowl of hot water, lean forward and inhale the vapours. Take care with the hot water ensure it is placed on a stable surface and away from children’s reach.
For use in the bath add a few drops at a time until the required fragrance is reached.
