  Minty Foot Soak;  is perfect for sore aching feet, the soak contains Epsom Salt and peppermint essential oil, which will aid painful feet relaxing the muscles and easing any  joint pains.

  Minty Foot Cream; A light moisturising cream perfect for every day use to keep your feet looking and feeling good. The peppermint essential helps keep your feet feeling fresh and fragrant. Keep cracked heels and hard skin at bay with regular daily use.

• How to use

  Minty Foot Scrub; Stir well before use ( the salt may sink to the bottom of the tin) to disperse the salt through the oil. Apply to dry or slightly damp skin, with circular motions gently work the scrub  around and over the foot, paying particular attention to the heel and balls of the feet. Rinse well with warm water, for a real treat soak in a bowl  of  Minty Foot Soak to remove the scrub. Pat dry with a soft towel or using a hairdryer on a cool setting air blow your feet dry. – Magic!!!!

  Minty Foot Soak; Before starting, Place within easy reach a towel, book/ TV controls drink of your choice and yes a hair dryer if you have one. Dissolve 1 – 2 tablespoons of Minty Foot Soak in a bowl  (large enough to soak both feet) ,of warm water -enough to cover you feet. Place the bowl on the floor near to your towel etc, Put both feet into the water and soak your feet for as long as you want, gently massaging one foot against the other. When finished place your feet onto the towel and gently pat dry, alternatively you can dry you feet using a hair dryer on the gentle warm air setting.

  Foot Brush; Use with the scrub or when soaking to – gently brush around the toes and nails to clean and freshen,   use in circular movements over and under the foot to promote circulation and loosen any  rough skin.

  Minty Foot Cream; Apply a pea size amount to your feet and gently massage in a circular motion, applying more pressure to the harder, drier parts of your feet. Sit back and take  time to relax allowing the team to be absorbed. Allow the cream to be absorbed before walking on hard floors.

  Minty Foot Gel; Use on clean dry skin massaging gently over the foot and around the ankle.                    Take care when walking barefoot after treatment especially on tiled floors.
