  • How to use

    1. Mix 1/4 teaspoons worth of salt in 240ml of warm boiled or distilled water.
    2. Lean over your bowl or sink, tilt your head sideways so your face is horizontal.
    3. Gently insert the spout in upper nostril.
    4. Raise the netipot so the saline solution flows in the upper nostril and out of the lower nostril.
    5. During the process breathe through your mouth.
    6. Repeat the process with the other nostril.
    7. After the flush, gently blow your nose to clear all soultion.

    Use once to twice a week.
